The Evolution of the Digital Solutions Curling Scoresheet
Curling has always been a family affair for me. Some of my earliest memories are from the local club, standing behind the house as a child and helping my family keep score. After years of competing and later coaching high school teams, I took a hiatus to raise my own family—but the ice eventually called me back.
In 2022, looking to connect with my new community, I joined the Haliburton Curling Club. I jumped in to help with our digital presence, but I quickly noticed the immense effort and stress our volunteers poured into manual bonspiel scoring.
I knew there was a better way.
Drawing on my background in tech, I spent months developing a “slick,” user-friendly digital scoring system. I wanted to create something that felt natural to use but was backed by powerful logic. After seeing the relief it brought to our volunteers and the praise we received from participants, I realized this solution could help clubs across the country.
Today, after three years of perfecting Digital Solutions – Curling Scoresheets, I am dedicated to helping organizers get out from behind the computer and back into the lounge. My team and I handle the data, so you can focus on the game.
